This layer is mostly about tangible work and experience, bringing ideas and vision to life.

How your acquired, practiced skills are handled, treated, and directed into your creative endeavors. The unique way in which you enter your work, your methods, systems, unique style come forth; development from craftsmanship to artistry begins to emerge.
