We are living in a time of demoralization.

Demoralization is the process of making someone lose confidence, enthusiasm, hope, and courage.

We are dispirited, deflated, distracted, depressed, discouraged, dishearten, and disengaged from our lives.

And when a person or a group is demoralized, they give up their personal power and agency, their creative and artistic freedom and impulse towards beauty. We lose our souls and are without meaning.

Re-engage with passion, hope, courage and re-ignite love and passion for our lives.

“Into the Beacon”

(A poem which came to me in a dream:)

Be the light.

But if you find that at the moment you cannot be it, then run toward and into the beacon relentlessly and maybe some will follow.

Tiara has an uncanny ability to take the most vague concept or idea or feeling and put words to them.
As someone who lives life through feelings and struggles to often put those feelings into words, she was essential to help me find a way to communicate what I wanted.
She walked me through the entire process of starting my theatre company, from teasing out the idea and helping me to narrow down what exactly it was I wanted to do.
From helping me get crystal clear on what my vision was and the kind of community I wanted to create, to coaching through imposter syndrome, learning to be a good leader, cultivating my own creative practice, and accepting my calling as an artist, I owe so much of my success to her ability to fan my little flame of an idea into a fire that has become the life and work of my dreams.
